Resurrection and the life,

Self-interest surrounds. You can find it in our culture, economy, politics, and workplaces. It creates walls of fear and suspicion that separate us from others – particularly from those whose experience is different from our own. I would lack the honesty to say that it is ‘out there’ without naming the self-interest that lies within. Free me from the thoughts, actions, and life that turns inward. Redirect my attention, energy, and passions. Head me in your direction, in your way. Let your love guide my feet along your loving ways.
